This policy explains what data EOS Outbound Social ("the Service"), operated by Envimart, collects and how it is used.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: the email and name of authorized team members who sign in to the Service.
- TikTok data (via Login Kit, scope
user.info.basic): the connected account's open ID, display name and avatar. - Content data: videos, captions and scheduling details you submit in order to upload or publish to TikTok (scopes
video.upload,video.publish). - Access tokens: OAuth tokens issued by TikTok, stored securely and used only to perform actions you request.
2. How we use data
We use this data only to authenticate you, show which TikTok account is connected, and upload or publish the content you choose. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising or profiling.
3. Sharing
Data is shared with TikTok only as needed to perform the actions you request. We may share data with infrastructure providers that host the Service, or where required by law.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep data only while your account is connected. When you disconnect your TikTok account, we delete the stored access tokens and associated TikTok profile data. You can also revoke access in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps. To request deletion of any other data, contact us below.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is limited to authorized team members, and tokens are stored with restricted access.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
