1. About the service

EOS Outbound Social ("the Service") is a web application operated by Envimart ("we", "us") that helps authorized team members prepare, schedule and publish content to the Envimart brand's official TikTok account. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and access

The Service is intended for authorized Envimart team members. You must have the authority to manage any TikTok account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. TikTok integration

The Service connects to TikTok using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. By connecting an account you authorize us to read basic profile information and to upload or post content on that account's behalf, only when you initiate the action. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting the account in the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to violate TikTok's Community Guidelines, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit that content to TikTok at your direction.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from actions taken by TikTok on your account.
